The WorkPLAN Customer Relationship Management Module allows you to manage sales opportunities, campaigns and customers.

  • By enabling you to send communications to customers and prospects with ease

The CRM module lets you create or import a list of sales opportunities generated by marketing campaigns, trade shows or other activity.  You can then monitor the status of each opportunity, the probability of making the sale and the list of actions taken or scheduled for each opportunity, including customer visits, phone calls, meetings, sent/received e-mails, faxes and SMS messages.  You can receive reminders or export the CRM scheduled events to an external calendar such as Outlook, Sunbird or ICS format.

Associated documents can be attached to and stored with each sales opportunity.  Opportunities can be converted into quotations and sales orders.  Analyses screen allow you to monitor your results by industry, territory, sales person, period, etc.

You can also create and run email and mail campaigns, defining a list of recipients.  Content can easily be created in 3 formats - text email, HTML email or standard mail.  WorkPLAN allows messages to be personalized for each recipient using parameters such as name, job position and company name.  Once created and tested, you can launch the email campaign at a click of a button, or schedule it to start at a later date.  For printed mail campaigns, the system allows you to create a MS Word template that will be used by the mail merge function to generate and print the final mail shot for each recipient.

This module also includes a useful "timeline" feature to view the documents linked to a project/customer over a period of time.  You can maintain a history of your prospects, contacts, quotations and sales orders.
