Information access is controlled by WorkPLAN's user access rights management and you can manage multiple company sites using the same database.

The WorkPLAN 'EasyView' central tree-like information structure allows you to sort your data according to your needs - by customer, quotation, job, CAD data, etc., so you effectively keep track of data and all attached files contained in every module.  You can quickly navigate from one data object to any other related data object.

WorkPLAN features an easy-to-use filtering tool allowing you to quickly sort, filter and find the data you need.  Filters can be created based on the system's 'technical characteristic criteria' and then saved for later re-use.  So, when you receive a request for quotation, you can quickly find any past job or quotation, copy it in a mouse click, and simply amend as necessary.

WorkPLAN can automatically create a structure of default folders and files for each of your quotes or jobs.

Modifications are common during a project or job life cycle.  Unlike some other ERP or job management systems, WorkPLAN's database structure allows each modification to be recorded and quotation values and costs tracked.  This is essential for managing modifications, after sales maintenance or job repairs, and enables companies to comply with ISO or traceability requirements.

WorkPLAN also features other smart information management tools such as alarms, internal emails and electronic 'post-its' functions to ensure you, and all those involved in a particular project, stay on top of important dates, events and actions.
