The system comes with an easy-to-use graphical tool which lets you link all tasks to be carried out into a logical workflow. After which you can quickly run forward, backward or period scheduling simulations based on the project start or end dates. WorkPLAN automatically creates a load planning schedule which takes into account your resource capacity to meet your due date.

This information, presented in an easy to follow Gantt chart schedule, can be exported into MS Project® or Excel® and even sent to your customer if you wish.  If more detailed planning is required, you can export your projects to 3rd party advanced planning & scheduling (APS) systems to handle infinite or finite capacity calculations and then import the result back into WorkPLAN.

Preventing bottlenecks is essential for efficient production. To keep your operation running smoothly, the WorkPLAN Scheduler lets you define the appropriate time slot for production based on your available resources.

You can adjust the time range and analyze the load per service (i.e. by type of task), or per individual resource (i.e. by machine or workstation), and you can move tasks, extend them or even split them. You can therefore spot and avoid capacity conflicts before they arise.

WorkPLAN allows you to create information markers on all the important milestones and dates, such as delivery deadlines, payments or meetings.
