WORKPLAN offers the possibility to make several optional interfaces to streamline some of the other tasks required in most businesses. Those interfaces are usually submitted to a study and project management approach in order to define how to optimize the processes first.

 

Accounting Interface: communicate with your existing accounting software (Quickbooks®, Sage, etc) without re-entering the information.

 

Payroll Interface: Manage employee normal, overtime, vacation, holiday, etc. times and share the data for payroll and also job costing. Data can be customized and formatted to work with all third party payroll systems.

 

WORKXPLORE Interface: Use the WORKXPLORE viewer to view 3D CAD files. Automatically import technical data into WORKPLAN, and associate part files with the project, through all stages.

 

XML Agent: Import into WORKPLAN completed times directly from manufacturing machines directly.
