Salons Solutions 2016 Shows How WORKPLAN ERP Optimizes The Production Process

Vero Software’s WORKPLAN ERP and project management solution will be demonstrating new features and turnkey solutions at the Salons Solutions 2016 Trade Fair from September 20 to 22 in Paris.

The Solutions 2016 Trade Fair groups together six complementary thematic poles including ERP, CRM and GED, allowing visitors to discover the most innovative and best-in-class solutions which meet their specific requirements: monitor activity, optimize performance and develop markets.

Displayed on stand E18 in hall 2.2,  WORKPLAN is a trade oriented ERP solution for professionals from mechanical engineering, prototype, special machines and sheet metal businesses. Its strength lies in its developers’ expert knowledge of the industrial sector, its requirements and its constraints, offering users a fully computerized application covering all aspects from quotations through to delivery.

The different WORKPLAN modules allow users to measure, set and maintain project profitability, respect leadtimes, ensure comprehensive and transversal traceability by reducing bottlenecks, controling documentation and providing performance reports (leadtimes, quality, prices). WORKPLAN optimizes the manufacturing process and ensures increased productivity.

And direct interfacing with other software applications from the Vero Software Group, such as VISI and RADAN, is now available. The interface between WORKPLAN and VISI - the CAD/CAM application for mold and tooling design and production - facilitates importing technical data and bills of materials from VISI into WORKPLAN. It provides automated data management between the engineering office and WORKPLAN, avoiding data entry errors and simplifying the purchasing process.

And the interface between WORKPLAN and RADAN - the integrated CAD/CAM sheetmetal cutting solution - facilitates raw material stock transmissions and production orders sent from WORKPLAN to RADAN.  Furthermore, it allows nests generated in RADAN to be displayed directly in WORKPLAN for each new production order, allowing full production management and real-time job tracking.  A precise viability study per workstation is now possible, even in a multi-order production system.
